What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 30-day free trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you don't, your account will be downgraded to read-only mode—you'll still have access to your archived documents, but won't be able to add new ones.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a document?
Each Peppol e-invoice or credit note counts as one document. Attachments (PDFs, images) included in the invoice don't count separately—they're part of the same document.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All documents are encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and in transit. We use eIDAS-qualified timestamps for legal validity and maintain full audit trails. Our infrastructure is hosted in EU data centers with ISO 27001 certification.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
